1. Medical & Safety

Is TRT safe? What about side effects?

TRT is safe when properly supervised by a qualified physician. Dr. Kenika monitors your health closely with regular blood work to ensure safety and prevent complications. Potential side effects are managed through personalized dosing and ongoing clinical assessment.

How often are follow-ups required?
Initial follow-ups are typically scheduled at 4-6 weeks, then every 3 months. International patients have remote consultations via video. Dr. Kenika reviews your blood work and adjusts your protocol based on test results and clinical response.
What blood tests are required?
The TRT Starter Test includes comprehensive hormone panels: testosterone, SHBG, LH, estradiol, CBC, albumin, and PSA. For international patients, these tests are completed locally and results are sent to us for physician review and analysis.
When will I see changes?
Timeline varies by individual. Some patients report improvements in energy and mood within 2-4 weeks. Significant changes in body composition typically develop over 8-12 weeks or longer. Dr. Kenika monitors progress with regular blood work and adjusts protocols as needed.
What if I’m not satisfied with my results?
Dr. Kenika continuously monitors your progress and adjusts your treatment protocol based on your response. If you are not seeing expected improvements after 8-12 weeks, Dr. Kenika will reassess your situation, review your blood work, and modify your treatment plan. We are committed to optimizing your outcomes. If you decide TRT is not right for you, you can discontinue treatment at any time. We do not offer refunds on the TRT Starter Test, but all ongoing treatment fees are applied toward your care.

2. Process & Care Model

How does your medical process work?
Our process begins with the TRT Starter Test—a comprehensive blood panel reviewed by Dr. Kenika. Based on test results and medical history, Dr. Kenika determines medical eligibility and designs a personalized treatment protocol. Ongoing supervision includes regular blood work and clinical adjustments.
Is this a real medicine system or just a clinic workaround?
This is a genuine, doctor-led medical system with centralized physician oversight. Dr. Kenika is a licensed MD with specialized training in hormone therapy and metabolic health. Every patient receives comprehensive blood testing, physician-led medical assessment, and ongoing clinical supervision—meeting international medical standards. We are not a telemedicine convenience service; we are a structured medical practice with clinical rigor.
Can I switch to a different doctor or clinic?
Your medical records are yours. If you wish to transfer your care to another provider, Dr. Kenika will provide your complete medical file and treatment history. However, our model is built around continuity of care with Dr. Kenika—this is what ensures consistent, personalized medical oversight. We believe this centralized approach provides superior outcomes compared to rotating between different doctors.

(3) Medication supply: Dr. Kenika prescribes medication arranged for delivery to your home country through legal channels. Advance supply up to 12 months available if medically appropriate and legally permitted.

In most Western countries (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, UK, USA, Canada, Australia), TRT is legal when prescribed by a licensed physician for medically diagnosed hypogonadism. Dr. Kenika works within international medical standards and can discuss your country's specific regulations.
