Dr. Kenika is the medical brain and heart behind TRT Bangkok.
She combines modern hormone medicine, regenerative therapies and medical weight-loss programs to help
men feel like themselves again – physically, mentally and emotionally.
Her key focus areas include:
- Medical weight-loss and metabolic optimisation (GLP-1/GIP medications, peptides and lifestyle)
- Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and male hormone balance

Dr. Kenika has completed advanced training and certification in hormone-based protocols for traumatic brain
injury (TBI) and post-traumatic stress, based on the work of internationally recognised experts in
neuroregenerative medicine. She applies this knowledge especially in men with a history of head injuries,
accidents or chronic stress – not only to improve lab values, but to support brain health, mood and
performance long term.

The Story Behind TRT Bangkok
TRT Bangkok was born from a personal story of injury, recovery and a shared belief in what the right medical strategy can do.
In 2023, mountaineer Robert suffered a severe elbow fracture and was told he might never regain full use of his arm. He came to Dr. Kenika as a patient in Bangkok.
Through modern regenerative treatment guided by Dr. Kenika and intensive physiotherapy, he recovered full function. In 2024, he returned to high-altitude climbing and successfully summited Ojos del Salado, the highest volcano in the world, after previously reaching the summits of Kilimanjaro and Pico de Orizaba.
This experience convinced both of them that the right combination of diagnostics, treatment and recovery can completely change the trajectory of a man’s life.
